At Think, Eat, Feel we genuinely believe
the world can become happier with optimal health.
Prevention is always better than cure so providing
knowledge on how lifestyle behaviours can affect our bodies is so important
because someone that can pursue their passions without pain or discomfort is a
fulfilled person. A fulfilled person is a loving and compassionate person- and
that’s what our world needs.
There is so much ‘misinformation out there in the media
that I feel this site is a place you can go to for the ‘real deal’ when it
comes to health and fitness in a clean and easy to understand way.
There are several ways you can absorb the Think Eat Feel
Philosophy from your home and this site allows you to train with ‘The
videos’ which allows anyone at any level to build strength, reduce pain and
create balance in your body. ‘The
workshops’ allows the face to face learning to gain comprehensive knowledge
and technique correction. The ‘podcasts’
(releasing soon) can be listened to wherever you are with interesting clients
revealing their own stories of health, lifestyle and mindsets. The
‘e-books’ allow a quick and easy to understand read to put you on track
with making decisions on healthy exercise, eating and lifestyle choices. ‘The
Movement Series 1’ is the first release and is available now.
We all have the choice to be healthy, we just need to
Think, Eat and Feel our way there.

How Lucy treats- “After 16 years of experience working in
the allied health, elite sport and fitness industry I have realised that if
there was one sure cure for something, we would all be doing it! I strongly
believe we need to take time for ourselves to listen to what our body is
telling us and treat accordingly”.
I believe the body can be placed in a position to heal
itself with the right tools and mindset and timeframes. Then, from this optimum
health can be grown and people’s passions and pursuits can be achieved, creating
a happier and awe-inspiring human with a feeling that they have more years
added onto their life”.
Every client is an individual and so every session is individually designed. Lucy has worked with several professional athletes over the years, including elite sportspeople to the couch potato.
