Ocean Fitness Morning Workshop

Start the new year right on the 8th January 2022 and train within the beautiful surroundings of nature in Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park as you learn to increase your ocean fitness through a functional exercise class where you learn the tools to increase your lung capacity, relax your mind and increase your physical strength, endurance and flexibility. This all in one ocean fitness class is for anyone at any level. Run by Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist & Bowen Therapist, Lucy Johnston

Who’s it for? (age, fitness level).

Ages 15 and up

What to bring:

  • Sun protection
  • Insect repellant
  • Towel / yoga mat
  • Drinking water

  • Optional – camera

Please note:

  • All attendees are required to check in using QR code or manual contact tracing form for COVID-19.
  • While this event is free, vehicle entry fees apply to visit Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park. Entry fees can be purchased online or at the visitor centre (open 7 days, 10am - 3pm).
  • This event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather or a total fire ban being declared for the Yorke Peninsula Fire Ban District. For information about fire danger ratings, visit the CFS website.

    1. Your ' freedom, stability & Strength' in your body is found through understanding your body's strengths and weaknesses and then knowing how to fix them.
    2. Understanding the science behind the psychological and physical benefits of Yin Yoga, Strength & Conditioning and Meditation allows you to have reason to keep working on your body.
    3. Included in the workshop is a mixture of Yin Yoga, functional strength & conditioning training, guided meditation and a plant based gourmet lunch.

To experience the complete Think Eat Feel philosophy and get the most out of The Movement Series #1 why not attend a one day workshop?

This one day workshop is your proven, quick guide to long term health and fitness. We break up the day into 3 part. Just like the manuals and online videos. 


  • 'Package 1' is about releasing any stiff and restrictive  areas and allowing a great base to build on.  So lets start unravelling and re-aligning in package 1.
  • 'Package 2' is to develop an inner strength that work as a support network to stabilise your joints in your movements. 
  • 'Package 3' starts with high repetitions to build tensile strength through the smaller supporting structures of the joints and eventually changes to movements in small amounts to build strength in your muscles and bones. It is this phase that you will surprise yourself in how amazing your body can be in its function and ability to move.
